We said   “   Nifty will be traded with negative bias below 5300 and it would be decline towards 5210 – 5120. Other hand above 5300 Nifty will be traded with positive bias and tries to test 5390 – 5480.   “    We suggested    Strategy:   [1] Open your short below 5300 with sl 5390 for tgt 5210 – 5120.   [2] Open your long above 5300 with sl 5210 for tgt 5390 – 5480.

Nifty traded expected after opened flat. In 1^st half Nifty achieved our 1^st down side target than it tried to recover but failed to cross 5390 and it declined sharp and registered low of 5205 in 2^nd half. Nifty lost 39 points ( - 0.75 % ) and closed in red.

                                For This Week

We expect Nifty will be traded with negative bias below 5300 and it would be decline towards 5210 – 5120. Other hand above 5300 Nifty will be traded with positive bias and tries to test 5390 – 5480.  Nifty should find 1^st Sup. at 5260 – 5210 & 2^nd Sup. at 5170 – 5120 and Nifty should find 1^st Res. At 5300 – 5330 & 2^nd Res. At 5390 – 5420

Be cautious and trade carefully because of F & O expiry in this week. Hence we expect volatility to remain in the market.

[2]  Open long above 5300 with stop loss 5210 for target 5390 – 5480.

Nifty traded expected after opened with upside gape.  In 1^st half Nifty achieved our both upside targets but not succeeds to sustain above it than in 2^nd half Nifty declined sharp towards 5300 and closed near it due to Union Budget effect. Nifty lost 15 points ( - 0.29 % ) and closed in red.

We expect Nifty will be traded with negative bias below 5300 and it would be decline towards 5210 – 5120. Other hand above 5300 Nifty will be traded with positive bias and tries to test 5390 – 5480.  Nifty should find 1^st Sup. at 5300 – 5260 & 2^nd Sup. at 5210 – 5170 and Nifty should find 1^st Res. at 5350 – 5390 & 2^nd Res. at 5420 – 5480.

Nifty traded expected after opened weak. In 1^st half Nifty achieved our both down side targets and took support at 5170 than it turned up and tried to recover loss and succeed to do so. Nifty lost 25 points ( - 0.48 % ) and closed in red.

                                      Once Again We Succeed

Ø  We said on 05-02-2012 when nifty closed at 5325   “   Nifty find strong resistance between 5390 – 5480 so use this opportunity for open Short if Nifty comes near this levels with Sl 5570.   “

Ø  We said on 20-02-2012 when nifty closed at 5564   “   Those who creates short on Nifty will hold their short positions with stop loss 5570. ( If Nifty succeed to give two close above 5570 than book your loss otherwise hold positions for down side targets. )   “

      Result ::   Nifty registered low of 5171 on 07-03-2012 and achieved our both down side targets. Our strategy earned more than 200 points profit.

We expect high volatility in this week on account of the RBI cuts 0.75 basis points in CRR and upcoming big event like union budget.

Nifty traded expected after opened flat. Once Nifty breach 5390 than it registered low of 5269 and achieved our 1^st down side target on Monday, than Nifty tried to recover but it failed to do so. Nifty lost 69 points ( - 1.29 % ) and closed in red.

We expect high volatility in this week on account of the results from the UP elections and markets may take clues from the same.
