ONCE AGAIN WE SUCCEED

We said   “   Between 4850 – 4760 Nifty finds good support. But Once Nifty sustains below 4760 than we will see new low in upcoming 2-3 weeks. Nifty will be traded with negative bias below 4850 and it would be decline towards 4760 – 4670.   “   We suggested    Strategy:   Open short below 4850 with stop loss 4940 for target 4760 – 4670.  [ We give 60 % to this Probability ]

    

Nifty traded expected after opened above 4900. In first half of week Nifty was succeed to sustain above 4760 but it failed to sustain above 4760 in 2^nd half so it declined very sharp below 4760. Finally it took support at 4630 and achieved our both down side target. Nifty lost 215 points ( - 4.42 % ) and closed in red.

We expect Nifty will be traded with negative bias below 4670 and it would be decline towards 4580 – 4490. Other hand above 4670 Nifty will be traded with positive bias and it would be tries to test 4760 – 4850.  Nifty should find 1^st Sup. at 4630 – 4580 & 2^nd Sup. at 4540 – 4490 and Nifty should find 1^st Res. At 4720 – 4760 & 2^nd Res. At 4810 – 4850.

Strategy:

[1] Open short below 4670 with stop loss 4760 for target 4580 – 4490

[2]  Open long above 4670 with stop loss 4580 for target 4760 – 4850.
